Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. This week’s topic is a list of ten books that I think should be adapted into a Netflix movie or tv show.
1. The Obsidian Trilogy by Mercedes Lackey and James Mallory
2. An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green
3. The Demon King by Cinda Williams Chima
4. Graceling by Kristin Cashore
5. The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss
6. The Riftwar Saga by Raymond E. Feist
7. Year One by Nora Roberts
8. A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
9. The Lunar Chronicles by Marisa Meyer
10. Skyward by Brandon Sanderson
That’s my list for the week! What books do you want to see in TV or movies?
Great list! The Lunar Chronicles made my list this week, too, and I think I need to give Graceling a try.
It’s amazing if you like fantasy and has awesome character development.
Graceling – yes! And now we have a new book coming out too, so maybe a mini-series
That would be amazing!!
I would definitely be interested in seeing The Name of The Wind!
My post!
It would be so hard for them to get it right but it could be awesome.
Yes it would definitely be difficult!
I would love to see the Name of the Wind adapted into a TV series. I feel like TV has gotten considerably better than Hollywood. Besides, if it’s a show it has more time to tell Kvothe’s story.
