Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Each week we talk about our top ten with a different topic provided by Jana. This week’s topic is Things I’d Have at My Bookish Party (choose 10 things: items, accessories, foods, people (real or fictional), decorations, activities, etc.) I’m going to use this topic to do ten books I’d recommend to anyone. So, this is ten books I’d have at a party for everyone to love.
Sadie by Courtney Summers
Beartown by Fredrik Backman
How She Died, How I Lived by Mary Crockett
The Last True Poets of the Sea by Julia Drake
The Art of Losing by Lizzy Mason
The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis
Anger is a Gift by Mark Oshiro
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
People Kill People by Ellen Hopkins
Truly Devious by Maureen Johnson
These are ten books I would have a party for. I think they’re all really important books that should be read by everyone in the world. They discuss hard, but important topics. What did you choose for this week’s topic?
Keep on reading lovelies, Amanda.
