Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Each week we talk about our top ten with a different topic provided by Jana. This week’s topic is top ten – Favorite books of 2019
I have so many, so I’m literally going to make this list off the top of my head as I write this post. These books are in no particular order, just the order I thought of them. So, here goes.
The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow
The Toll by Neal Shusterman
Rayne & Delilah’s Midnite Matinee by Jeff Zentner
Jane Anonymous by Larie Faria Stolarz
All Our Broken Pieces by L.C. Crichton
The Last True Poet’s of the Sea by Julia Drake
House of Salt and Sorrows by Erin A. Craig
The Devouring Gray by Christine Lynn Herman
Let’s Call it a Doomsday by Katie Henry
Anger is a Gift by Mark Oshiro
I know I’m probably forgetting a really obvious book that I loved, but these are the books that popped into my head. What are your favorites?
Keep on reading lovelies, Amanda.
Oh nooo, I forgot House of Salt and Sorrow on my list, but oh my gosh, that book was so much better than I thought it was going to be. The Toll is on my list, though! I loved that whole series.
Here’s my TTT post.
Same to all of the above lol
I want to read Ten Thousand Doors in 2020. I am not sure how I missed it.
Please do!! It’s so good!!
I really liked Ten Thousand Doors! I haven’t read the others on your list but I’ll check them out. Happy New Year!
You too!
I really need to read House of Salt and Sorrows sometime. Good list.

Bring tissues hah!
Rayne & Delilah was a favorite of mine too. Aside from the weird part at the con, I loved every second of it.
I’ve seen people say that, but I loved the whole thing. I liked that it was something I didn’t see coming.
I absolutely loved The Ten Thousand Doors of January. I listened to it on Audible and now I want a physical copy of it for my bookshelf
Ohhhh, I read it via ebook but I’ll definitely keep the audiobook in mind for when I reread it in the future.
I really need to get The Toll. I love that series. I have The Devouring Gray on my shelf right now, so hopefully I like it as much as you did.
Yes! Both were really good!
Ten Thousand Doors seems to be on everyone’s list. I may need to check that one out!
