Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Each week we talk about our top ten with a different topic provided by Jana. This week’s topic is top ten – Most recent additions to my TBR list.
Okay so what I did here was I went to GoodReads and set my to-read list to most recently added and these are the ten books I added most recently.
1. Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo
2. We Are Okay by Nina LaCour
3. Daisy Jones & the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid
4. How to Make Friends with the Dark by Kathleen Glasgow
5. Shout by Laurie Halse Anderson
6. Black Klansman by Ron Stallworth
7. Suicide Club by Rachel Heng
8. Ashes in the Snow by Ruta Sepetys
9. Last of her Name by Jessica Khoury
10. The Girls at 17 Swann Street by Yara Zgheib
Most of these are actually books that will be released in 2019 that I’ve heard about recently. What books have you added to your TBR list most recently?
Keep on reading lovelies, Amanda.
#3 and #10 – highly recommend! 🎉🎉🎉
I can’t wait for them to come out!
The only similar book is Daisy Jones but it didn’t make my list since it’s a bit further down.
Its sure to be a good one!
Ninth House and Ashes in the Snow are also on my TBR! haven’t heard of the other but i’ll check it out 🙂
I actually realized that Ashes in the Snow is the same book as Between Shades of Grey and they changed the title because of the movie!
I’m really excited to read Laurie Halse Anderson’s new book. I didn’t even know she was writing another one, but Speak was so good and so important to read.
I totally agree!
Last of her Name is one of my most anticipated for the whole year! I hope you enjoy everything here!
My TTT for this week
I don’t know much about it, but I’m in love with the cover!
Ah I’m so excited for Ninth House, it sounds amazing. Ashes in The Snow is great, I read it under it’s original title, Between Shades of Gray and it’s definitely one of my favourite historical fiction books!

I didn’t know it was Between Shades of Grey when I added it to the list!
Yeah, they changed the name for the film, I think so it didn’t get confused with 50 Shades of Grey!
That’s what I heard!
🙂
I really enjoyed We Are Okay. I hope you get a chance to read it soon. Happy reading!
My Top Ten Tuesday
I’ve heard so many good things about it!
I know next to nothing about “Ninth House” nor have I read anything by Leigh Bardugo, but nonetheless, I’m still quite excited for this one! Hope you enjoy all of these new-to-your-TBR reads. 🙂
I just started to read Black Klansman. It’s pretty interesting so far.
I’ve heard really good things! I want to listen to the audiobook!
I’m listening to the audio book. It’s read by the author I think. I would definitely recommend to read / listen to it based on what I’ve read so far
I have several pre-releases on my TBR too. The Last of Her Name sounds interesting.
