Hey, bookworms! It’s that day of the week again where we participate in the wonderful bookish post that was formerly hosted by Should be Reading and was recently taken over by Taking on a World of Words. To play along just answer three questions to give an update about what you’re currently reading, going to read next and have read recently. Feel free to leave your answers in the comments or link your post!
What are you currently reading?
Amanda- An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green. I don’t know how i haven’t finished this yet. I keep getting distracted. But i will be done either last night or later today because the Barnes & Nobel Book Club meeting is tonight! Also, I’m reading Crown of Midnight by Sarah J Maas. I’m trying to reread the series as fast as I can so that I’ll be done by the time Kingdom of Ash comes in the mail. I’m also listening on and off to The Diviner’s by Libba Bray.
Antonia- I’m currently reading The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh. I’m only about halfway but so far it’s pretty amazing.
What did you recently finish reading?
Amanda- I finished Throne of Glass last night. I’ve also read Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman recently keep an eye out for that review.
Antonia- I most recently finished A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas. (I know this was my answer for last week as well, I haven’t had much time for reading recently.)
What do you think you will read next?
Amanda- Next I’m going to continue the TOG series. So Heir of Fire will be next. I’ll hopefully have gotten through the whole series and at least started Kingdom of Ash for next weeks post.
Antonia- I’m not sure right now but next I think I’ll read either The Night World by L.J. Smith or The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith.
Thanks for reading our W’s this week. What are yours? Leave them in the comments or leave us a link to your post.
I’m currently reading Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis, The Apartment by Danielle Steele and Characters & Viewpoint by Orson Scott Card
Girl, Wash Your Face is AH-MAZE-ING.
The Apartment is so-so but I feel committed to finding out more of the story.
Characters & Viewpoint feels like literal school work, but I’m doing it for NaNoWriMo.
I recently finished Barefoot by The Sea by Roxanne St. Claire it was alright.
I plan to read Love The One You’re With, Heart of the Matter, & The One & Only by Emily Griffin
Also, Any Day Now by Robyn Carr
Girl, Wash Your Fae is the only one I’ve heard of. I’ve heard great things about it!
Yes!!! It’s so good! You have to read it! It has some of the best, most motivating advice.
I think I’m going to get the audiobook from my library!
Wrath and the Dawn has such good vibes to it! Hope you enjoy the rest of it as much as I did!
Thanks! Its such an interesting story.
